Task:
The guides, rollers and needles are to be checked during the inspection of a circular knitting machine in operation.
Solution:
The motion of the machine can be made to appear to be frozen with the portable stroboscopes RT STROBE pocket rolux, pocket LED and qbLED (stroboscope effect).
To do so, its flash rate must correspond to the frequency of movement. In this way parts can be inspected without interrupting operation.
This increase productivity and reduces the level of waste. The portable stroboscopes have a trigger input which allows the flash rate to be set automatically to the frequency of movement.
