Hand-tachometer for measuring welding wire speed

Development of a special adapter – A successful collaboration

The special adapter Tw for the digital hand-tachometer Rotaro 3.0 for measuring welding wire speed has been developed at record speed in collaboration with the company DINSE GmbH.

DINSE required a special version of a measuring head that is able to measure unstressed welding wire with a diameter from 0.8 to 3 millimeter.

The new project was based on the digital hand-tachometer Rotaro 3.0, supplied with various adapters for measuring rotational speed, speed and length, and that already fulfilled many of the requirements of DINSE.
