RHEINTACHO receives kununu Top Company Award 2024
- The award recognises companies with a high level of employee satisfaction and is awarded exclusively on the basis of independent reviews on kununu.

The employer rating platform kununu honours RHEINTACHO Messtechnik GmbH as Top Company 2024. The award is based on the independent assessments of employees using the platform. This makes RHEINTACHO one of the companies with the best working environment in Germany.
"We congratulate RHEINTACHO on receiving the Top Company Award 2024," says Nina Zimmermann, CEO of kununu. "The award is presented to employers with particularly good ratings on kununu. As only around five per cent of companies meet the qualification criteria, this is a very select group. Employers who are awarded the seal are not only characterised by recognition and appreciation, but also send a strong signal to talented people who are looking for the right company," Zimmermann continues.

To qualify for the kununu Top Company Award 2024, a company must fulfil the following criteria:
- at least seven employee evaluations since the profile was established. Ratings from job applicants are not counted.
- a score of at least 3.8 stars (out of a maximum of 5 possible), both overall and in the employee ratings.
- in the past twelve months, the employee's evaluation score must be at least 3.8 stars.
- at least two new ratings in the last twelve months. An updated rating also counts as a new rating.
A study conducted by the market research company YouGov in September 2022 found that 45 per cent of all talented people consider the Top Company seal to be relevant or very relevant when choosing a job. A kununu survey of companies that have been recognised as a Top Company also shows that using the Top Company seal in corporate communications can increase the number of incoming reviews by around 19 percent on average.
